These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and its free phone referral service, operated by Little Lion Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using this site or calling the number on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

What we do

We are a free referral service. We connect callers with independent third-party cleanup providers, sometimes through a call network. We do not perform cleanup, remediation, or any other services, and we do not employ, supervise, or control any provider. We are paid by providers or networks for connected calls; see our Disclosure.

Your dealings with providers

Any estimate, contract, payment, warranty, or dispute is solely between you and the provider. We are not a party to it. You are responsible for deciding whether to hire a provider and for checking that provider’s licenses, permits, insurance, references, and pricing.

Not an emergency service; no professional advice

This service is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911. Site content is general information only and is not legal, medical, insurance, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or call line, including by making false, fraudulent, or harassing calls, using automated means to call or access the site, or interfering with its operation. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

No warranties

The site and referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, or any provider’s response time, pricing, qualifications, or quality of work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our members, managers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or damage arising from services performed or not performed by any provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or service will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the site, or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
