This Privacy Policy explains how Little Lion Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”), which operates this website and its free phone referral service, collects, uses, and shares information. We are a referral service, not a cleanup company.
Information we collect
When you call: your phone number, caller ID name (if provided by your carrier), the date, time, and length of the call, any information you enter or say (for example, your ZIP code or the type of cleanup you need), and a recording of the call. Calls are handled through a third-party call-tracking and routing platform.
When you visit the site: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the page or ad that referred you, and similar usage data, collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
Tools we use
- Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referring ad). Google processes this information under its own policies. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google Ads. When we run Google Ads, conversion and call tracking help us measure which ads lead to site visits and calls. When you call from an ad or the site, Google may provide a forwarding number and receive information such as your phone number, area code, call start and end time, and call duration.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic statistics. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage for this service or track individual visitors.
- Pay-per-call network call tracking. The call network we work with uses its own call-tracking platform to route, record, and report on calls, including the caller information described above.
How we use information
- To route your call to an independent provider who may be able to help you.
- To confirm, bill, and resolve disputes about referrals with call networks and providers.
- To check call quality, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
We do not use your phone number to call or text you for marketing.
How we share information
- Call networks and providers. When you call, your call and related information (including your phone number, location, and the service you need) are shared with the call network that routes the call and with the independent provider your call is connected to, so they can respond to your request. Those businesses use your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service and technology providers. Companies that host and secure the site (Cloudflare), provide analytics and advertising measurement (Google), and provide call tracking, routing, and recording (our call network). Google and our call network may also use this information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or transfer all or part of our business, information may be transferred to the buyer or successor.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We are compensated for connected calls, as explained in our Disclosure.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and to confirm referrals. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a call. You will hear a notice at the start of the call; by staying on the line you consent to recording. If you do not consent, please hang up.
Cookies and advertising
Google Analytics and, when we run ads, Google Ads use cookies, tags, and similar technologies to measure site use and ad performance and, if we enable remarketing, to show you our ads on other sites based on your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above, and manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Data retention and security
We keep call records and recordings only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, for billing and dispute resolution, or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access or delete information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond as required by applicable law. Information already shared with a provider is held by that provider; please contact them directly.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
