We are a referral service, not a cleanup company
Tampa Bay Biohazard Cleanup Referrals is a free referral service operated by Little Lion Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). We do not perform biohazard, trauma, crime scene, unattended death, hoarding, sewage, or any other cleanup or remediation work, and we do not employ the people who do.
Independent providers
Calls placed through this site are connected, sometimes through a third-party call network, to independent businesses. Those businesses are solely responsible for their services, pricing, estimates, licensing, permits, insurance, and workmanship. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any provider, and we do not independently verify each provider’s licenses, permits, or insurance. Before hiring anyone, ask for proof of any required license and insurance, and get a written estimate.
How we are paid
Our service is free to you. We are paid by providers or call networks when a call is connected. This payment may affect which provider your call is routed to, and not every provider in your area participates.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and to confirm referrals. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a call. You will hear a notice at the start of the call; by staying on the line you consent to recording. If you do not consent, please hang up.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with any government agency, law enforcement agency, medical examiner, or insurance company.
